Leveraging her experience in new construction with a nationwide builder, Kendahl is also known for her ability to spot potential. She often assists buyers in turning a blank slate of a house into their ideal home.
Kendahl believes in accepting and embracing new technologies. She’s always been unafraid to act boldly and independently from outdated industry practices, which inspired the foundation of our boutique real estate firm.
As a native Texan, Kendahl has always shared an affinity for southern hospitality and charm. In 2008, she moved to Raleigh, North Carolina and instantly fell in love with the area’s natural beauty, incredible people and endless opportunities.
With a psychology degree and focus on building strong relationships, Kendahl takes a people-first approach to real estate, aiming to wholeheartedly understand each client’s unique life situation from financing to personal tastes.
